@Wendi_Irlbeck Nice post Wendi! This is one of my favorite topics. In my opinion Vitamin D3 (active form) is one of the most under utilized supplements. I usually like to see my patients closer to 80ng/mL. A lot of genetic factors affect blood levels and supplement needs
