@TylerGlaiel I'm currently on a run where I took Numbing Leech as my necro's 2nd passive and it's extremely underwhelming. Basically I exchanged 5 damage for 3 stacks of leech and each does 1 damage when they're supposed to be dealing triple that amount, maybe gaem bug? :p
