A convicted rapist sentenced to 270 hrs unpaid work, is appealing his conviction. A jury at Glasgow HC found Sean Hogg (now 22) guilty of raping a 13 yr old girl when he was 17. Following a hearing in Edinburgh - the Appeal Court is considering whether that should be overturned.
