نختتم الحفل الختامي لمسرّعة غِراس، محطة جمعت الشركات الناشئة المشاركة لعرض حصيلة رحلتها بعد أشهر من العمل، التطوير، والتجربة.

خلال يوم العرض، قُدّمت حلول مبتكرة، وتشاركت التجارب أمام مستثمرين وجهات فاعلة في منظومة ريادة الأعمال.

We conclude the Ghiras Accelerator Demo Day, a milestone that brought together participating startups to showcase the results of months of work, development, and experimentation.

Throughout the day, innovative solutions were presented, and inspiring journeys were shared with investors and ecosystem leaders driving entrepreneurship in Saudi Arabia.

We were delighted to take part in the #ROSHNEXT Innovation Summit through a panel discussion titled:

“Commercialization – Turning Innovation into Opportunity”

The session explored the role of large corporations in supporting and empowering startups and SMEs within the PropTech ecosystem, highlighting the importance of collaboration and partnership in building an integrated and sustainable innovation landscape.

The panel featured industry leaders, including:

Iain McBride – Group Chief Commercial Officer, @Roshnksa

@Oshabaan – Co-founder and CEO, @TheSpaceKSA

@GhassanHalawa – Founder and CEO, @parachute16me

@feras_safwan – Investment Portfolio Manager, @Waed_Ventures

The discussion was moderated by Mostafa Khalaf , Associate Director of Strategy and Innovation at ROSHN Group.

The conversation also emphasized the critical role of ecosystem enablers, incubators, and accelerators in helping startups develop strong business models, accelerate market readiness, and scale with confidence in the PropTech sector.

A rich and insightful session filled with practical perspectives, another meaningful step toward building a more connected and impactful PropTech ecosystem.

جلسة غنية بالنقاشات والرؤى العملية، وخطوة إضافية نحو بناء منظومة تقنيات عقارية أكثر تكاملًا وتأثيرًا.
