For Minutes Network, 2024 has been a momentous year. We have exceeded all our ambitious goals including:

• Successfully completing full-scale compliant testing and deployment of our elastically scalable telecommunications network.

• Together with World Mobile, the successful beta test of Unity has taken place during 2024.

• Engaging constructively with multiple governments and regulators offices to drive our technological advances with state-level entities.

• We have made huge strides towards reconfiguring the international roaming segment with proprietary technology that has the potential to reduce roaming costs significantly for carrier networks.

• Collaborating closely with members from the ITU, we have delivered groundbreaking innovations within the GSM industry, and we fully expect these achievements to be recognised officially in due course.

As we close out the year, we are live in multiple countries with our network in various stages of production. Nigeria monetisation is at an all-time high and is currently being significantly scaled at pace with traffic rising on the platform week on week. Qatama and several other Nigerian clients are preparing for substantial increases in network traffic.

With our expanded reach to applications, we expect continuous growth of user-reach in multiple regions, delivering significant monetisation improvements in 2025 throughout each quarter.

The team’s BHAG is ‘25 for 25’ – as we fully expect more than 25 countries to be live with scaled production traffic by the end of the year.

There are other significant innovations underway including interconnections with new carriers, the launch of a unique Web3 telecommunications exchange, set to transform the wholesale telecommunications landscape, the release of Unity and many more innovations currently in beta, all set to drive additional revenue to Minutes Network. The outlook for 2025 is exciting.
