oh one last word of advice before my workout... Don't EVER mix red and green plasticine when creating your yoga figure...

except of course to the plasticine figure. But don't worry if a leg snaps off or you pull the head off. You can just stick it right back on.

...as if it was you doing the exercises. You get the same spirtitual and meditative benefits as normal yoga, but without accident or injury.

Basically, you get some plasticine and create a human shaped figure; then bend the limbs as you wish... closing your eyes and meditating...
