@mpphelan1941 @clintwfischer Yes. I figured 150 to 160 hanging weight per mixed quarter for carcass wt of 1000 lbs. The 268 seems like live wt, which I don't see how you could do when it comes to pricing freezer beef.

@91PoorFarmer2 I get that along our road too. Once had a guy pull over, get through the electric fence into pasture (with the bull) because he saw a "dead" calf. It was just sprawled out in the sun.
