@Kirby1399497@ArtOfBlackMetal@MinneapolisLib@Tone_Nwankwo05 I’m sure they’d assume that it’s a man and they can ask him/her? I’d obviously advise this person to use the men’s bathroom to avoid this but they wouldn’t be breaking the law under my definition if they did use the women’s.
@Kirby1399497@ArtOfBlackMetal@MinneapolisLib@Tone_Nwankwo05 If this person is a biological female they can use the women’s bathroom, of course it would raise eyebrows but if they can prove it then they wouldn’t be breaking any laws. Or they could use the men’s bathroom and that would be fine also.
@Kirby1399497@ArtOfBlackMetal@MinneapolisLib@Tone_Nwankwo05 Well for the vast majority of cases it’s pretty obvious what biological sex someone is so it would be easy to enforce most of the time. Of course people can and do get away with crime.
@Kirby1399497@ArtOfBlackMetal@MinneapolisLib@Tone_Nwankwo05 I don’t claim to be an expert but these are extremely rare conditions which doesn’t justify the loophole being left open for everyone else. But sure people with those specific conditions can use either.
@Kirby1399497@ArtOfBlackMetal@MinneapolisLib@Tone_Nwankwo05 Elaborate please because how has what I have said suggest I think they should use the women’s washroom if that person is a biological male? If they are a biological female they can use the women’s bathroom or men’s idc.
@Kirby1399497@ArtOfBlackMetal@MinneapolisLib@Tone_Nwankwo05 It could also say typically because gender isn’t just confined to humans you know? As for the intersex thing I don’t claim to be an expert and the vast majority of trans indentifying individuals are not intersex as it’s rare but I would theorise having a Y chromosome = male.
@Kirby1399497@ArtOfBlackMetal@MinneapolisLib@Tone_Nwankwo05 Well the definition is pretty important for things like women’s toilets, sports and women’s only spaces. Under your definition, that you are giving as a man I assume, women are obliged to accommodate any biological male who says he identifies as a woman in those spaces.
@Kirby1399497@ArtOfBlackMetal@MinneapolisLib@Tone_Nwankwo05 Is authority the arbiter of truth? Surely you can think for yourself and explain why it’s not a blatant circular definition then. It actually speaks volumes about the pc culture that a dictionary has had to resort to a circular definition to avoid upsetting the cult.
@PastorDScott@HappyHarris21@Fr8guy Of course we don’t actually want them and everyone should know that. It just effectively and succinctly exposes obvious flaws in their rules and ideology.
