1 month since lodging ticket with @facebook / @Meta about my business manager being hacked and still NO REPLY, i've chased 8 times. Worst customer service i've ever experienced.
@Meta support is absolutely abysmal. My Business Manager acct got hacked, and after raising a ticket not heard anything for weeks and no one replying to me. Shocking support. My last 5 emails have gone ignored.
@darrenmarble I disagree... Many very successful businesses are bootstrapped and never require outside investment. If you're in a position where to HAVE to raise capital to survive, maybe the business isn't viable, or maybe you're just a bad CEO..

What to do? a @British_Airways CS person told us our flights where cancelled so we reluctantly took next day option but when we arrived at the airport it was still actually flying. So we bought the tickets to the original flight again. now BA refuse to refund any flight
@British_Airways Hi Stuart, don't you think 30 days waiting to hear back regarding a refund due to you cancelling our flights is a little bit ridiculous?

So is this structured like an option? and then the sale takes place on year 5. Or is the title transferred immediately with debenture/first charge over the property until re-paid.
