Something shifted quietly in the last few days.

Two weeks ago: RSI at 35. Fear & Greed at 12. Extreme Fear.

Today: RSI at 47. Fear & Greed at 27. Back to neutral.
The 200-day moving average started turning upward on July 4th.

Price hasn't broken out yet.

But the conditions that precede breakouts tend to look exactly like this.

Watching $1.15 closely.
