Fix the pc port, give out some free colors/costumes & release cyclops for free, then maybe more pc players will come back.

@ElChakotay It's SFV all over again, the horrible launch will leave a bad taste for a lot of ppl. I feel like damage's been done and people won't come back, even after they "fixed" it.

Pressing buttons in Tokon sucks, on top of the already bad online, the input reader sucks, buttons are slow & unresponsive. Jumps & assists don't even come out correctly💀This is an offline game only
