It's always so exciting when we get to share our work with you, especially a piece like this that is months and months in the making. It's such a vulnerable moment for us... will they get it?... will they love it?, etc. This one seems to have hit different, in the best possible way.
And you might be able to imagine the actual craft work involved in making this. But it might be harder to recognize the countless hours spent debating, challenging, feedbacking, defending, perfecting... all required to arrive at something as incredible as we believe this piece to be. So I'll use my Friday afternoon to send my appreciation to all the folks who had the courage and the tenacity to achieve WWFB.
Vince Zampella was a professional hero of mine as a game designer, and an absolute legend of bringing people together through meaningful experiences. This is a devastating loss - the extent to which he contributed to our industry and community can't be overstated. RIP Vince.
A talented friend and colleague of mine for many years has forged out and created a beautiful new game in "Particle Hearts".
If you want a fresh experience to vibe to this weekend, a journey of your own you can't find anywhere else, give it a try.

Congratulations to the legendary Treyarch team on Black Ops 6 Launch!
The game is looking and playing better than ever. What a finely crafted blend of innovation while preserving the core magic. This will be a fun year :)
@Clayster GOAT Underdog!
Appreciate you Clay! Legendary Career, it's been such a joy to watch your accomplishments over multiple decades as a professional Player!
Happy 20th Anniversary to Call of Duty!
I'll always be in awe of the team who created this franchise. It was my great fortune to participate in development of COD for 6 games. I got to work with incredible people, learning so much in the process.
A video tribute to those times:
@BrianTuey Thanks Brian! Agreed the development for that level was special. From time to time, people mention to me how cool the raven's were in that opening scene. I remember that idea coming from you :)
Happy 10 year birthday to the first DLC gun I had the pleasure to work on, PEACEKEEPER!
Launching a post-ship gun back in 2013 was quite a thrill and even a new concept! Now it's expected consistently. What will we look back on 10 years from now that is not on the radar yet?
Weapons take a long time to make. Season plans are drafted months in advance. If meetings weren't on Zoom, I would've been thrown out the window for insisting we release back to back Snipers.
Each drop of content has it's group of champions, and your feedback always matters.
