Purchased @Lenovo IdeaCentre AIO 5i defective product issues after weeks. Customer service creates more challenges and work diligently to NOT resolve the issue or care for consumer retention or satisfaction

@Lenovo purchased a defective device. Months have passed issue remains unresolved. Spent over 2k and the device forces hard shutdowns which DAMAGES further speaker distorts sound and mutes me causing involuntary shutdown. Not one Rep has resolved. Countless support tickets
