Personally Iโve never held a position in a company where I can continuously fail my customers without any repercussions. Get a grip South East water and come up with a plan real fast to stop this happening again!
@richardbranson just got through to the Virgin Holidays support line after many tries, only to be told that it will take 120 days to process the refund for my holiday cancelled due to COVID-19. Not sure if this is legally acceptable let alone morallly correct!
