@AmazonHelp So answer me then please, I ordered 2 different items within 5 minutes of each other. Same post code address, same person, but one item arrived as per statement from Amazon, next day before 1pm, but the other item did not. Just Bad.

Oh dear Amazon, two items ordered on wedsneday, with a promise of delivery next day before 13:00, 1 delivered as promised, but the other one, which was out for delivery today the same day as item one hasn't arrived!!, not good enough Amazon.

@AmazonHelp Amazon prime member and stated next day delivery, tracking status says out for delivery and 3/4 of track status covered with blue line. So why did it not arrive. Said on my order it would arrive between 10:00 and 14:00, now tomorrow, failure to honour the contract you offer.
