The Monroe RTC had a full agenda this month. It was great to see the  support for their exceptional elected leaders, State Rep Tony Scott, State Senator Jason Perillo and First Selectman Terry Rooney.

On the road visiting the New Haven RTC. We had a great conversation about the role of the State Comptroller and how critical it is to have independent fiscal oversight protecting your tax dollars. That’s what I will bring to the office on Day 1.

Although I am suspending my candidacy for Governor, I have every intention to remain in the fight for our state's future on the ballot in 2026.

I am praying for Charlie Kirk's family and friends. My 17-year-old asked me how could someone be killed - in the United States - for sharing their beliefs. I didn't have a good answer for her. Our kids are watching. This is an extremely sad day for America.
