The LionGlass Fasting Protocol Before we get into this - I want to make one thing clear This is what worked for me. I am not a scientist - but then again I don’t care too much for science. I lost 10 stone and changed my life and science told me everything I did was wrong and wouldn’t work. Since then I’ve helped 10s if not 100s of others change their lives - for free. I think science will looked back upon and laughed at. We live in the most scientifically advanced, technological world yet we have never been more ill. People are depressed People are out of shape Everyone’s on meds. Yet a fully fit human is supposed to be able to run a horse to death in a week? How was I Before? ⁃22/23 stone ⁃Hated the gym ⁃Hated diets ⁃Couldn’t wake up in mornings without 15 alarms ⁃Could not run 1 mile if life depended on it ⁃Could not stop eating and snacking between meals ⁃£250 a month on take away food After ⁃Lost 10 stone ⁃Still hate gym and would never go in it’s a pysop and not needed ⁃Wake up at 4.30 am and start reading ⁃IQ improved ⁃Life changed ⁃Next year I race in the Arctic Spine, one of the worlds toughest endurance races ⁃Watch me top 3 it btw ^^ ⁃Fitter than I’ve ever been - boxed all my life and can move faster than ever for 12 rounds as well as run marathon distance in the hills In short - eat once per day And only eat what can be PICKED or KILLED (yes that’s not chocolate bars or processed meat) The process - by following this process I didn’t even get hungry. Once The first day literally blew me away and changed my life and that was 2 years ago. I wanted to experiment with the idea that if I was simply born 3000 years earlier in Britain, I wouldn’t be eating 3000+ calories and eating 10 times a day I’d be lucky to eat a decent meal once a day and would largely survive of grazing and lucky kills So I decided to do that. Eat once per day. That meal would totally vary but would feature meat items carbohydrates and 2 veg - you know Like the “olden days” with a balanced plate. None of this new science. For me that came as a window between 6-9pm. 3 hrs Only water and caffeine are consumed outside of those times The tips I found useful Water - drink a pint of water every 90 mins - set an alarm to remind you and if you haven’t managed to sip it away in an hour and half then down it You will piss a lot But that’s fine. As a nomad you’d have been on the move. Drinking and moving drinking and moving. If doing this right you’ll urinate every 90-120mins. If you miss a water you were supposed to drink, you WILL get hungry. There is no shortcut and no missing water. I also add sea salts from around the world - a pinch in the glass just for minerals. Moringa tea - buy this from anywhere I did Holland and Barrett. If you down a teaspoon of this in cold water. 1. - You will want to be sick 2. - You will lose your appetite for hours That’s it As simple as that Moringa tea - I would drink 2 glasses a day one morning one afternoon This leaf is more densely packed with nutrients than any other in the world. And then water every 90 mins Before a nice, wholesome dinner - and you can eat whatever! Your stomach will shrink so much after a few days of doing this that I genuinely am telling you - it would be impossible to overindulge in that window Have a dessert if you want - knock yourself out. I’ll post daily on this and would love it if anybody following along could post their results. I am going to be gobsmacked if anybody tries this and doesn’t notice: ⁃weight loss ⁃mood and mind improvement ⁃huge health improvements For the ones who like rabbit holes and extra research, look into Autophagy I believe through fasting we can cure most illnesses and diseases also. Almost every religion from times of old, has a period of prolonged “fasting”. Maybe it’s more crucial than we realise? Start tomorrow if you wish
