@AmericanAir we had to cancel our airfare due to Covid19 and I think it's strange my husband's fair is considered nonrefundable and I got a refund on mine. It was on the same reservation number.

@AmericanAir we followed the email that we received and it said we could cancel our flight with no penalties and we canceled and tried getting a refund and now says no refunds. We are out $700. We are AA frequent flyers and this is upsetting
