@MBUR337 I’ve had contact from a few solicitor firms who have looked through it all. But I don’t know if I want to string it al out.
I’m enjoying life out of it all and just don’t want to fight for a job I don’t want to do.
It would be purely to clear my name.
After the Kangaroo Court circus, that was my hearing, there was no thank you for 20 yrs of unblemished service.
So really nice to get a message like this.
Trouble is with his dog food, it’s full of salmon….
And this is a dog who was so reactive being around cats that being homed with any was a big no no.
Ex TPD Jax.
@D2SDKATO I applied for a new role a few months back. I was the only one eligible who wanted it.
Post holder changed all the selection criteria so he could the job to his old mate. This sort of thing is rife throughout D&C. Proper jobs for the boys.
Always been about who you know.

Did they ensure welfare checks? Was the investigation fair? Was any undue pressure put on the officer?
@_AlanCurran So the reasons why I chose to make haste were accepted. That wasn’t in debate, despite those reasons not being an exemption in law.
The issue was how I knew about those reasons. I.e how did I know of the situation in Plymouth.
@RodRose314 I’m self employed now Rod. I stand by everything I’ve said and if I decide to appeal, I do hope the outcome will be different. Not because I was to be re-instated, but to clear my name.
Today, after over 20 yrs as a dedicated, decorated and highly skilled officer, I was dismissed for providing a ‘misleading account’ in relation to a speed camera activation application for exemption when rushing to help colleagues whilst on duty.
I left with my head held high.
@MattLakeland I believed I had a lawful exemption. I still do. I wrote a short report explaining why, which has been found to be ‘misleading’ following a high stress, high pressure, grilling from a patronising and offensive lawyer.
There is absolutely nothing untrue in that report
