@AskPayPal FYI I’ve tried to reach someone who could help me. A fraud detective was assigned to my case back in the summer of 2021 and he got nowhere. Your escallation channel is non existent and the perpetrator has since scammed several other people using your service.
@Dan_Schulman@paypal love your company and services but sadly your dispute process is horrible. 6 months and counting and i'm still out $$$. recorded lines don't hold any weight for "quality assurance" and your team is forcing me to litigate.
@jaybruce3@AskPayPal i just exchanged a couple DM's and they're back at referring to their policies. i use PayPal and Venmo and can't wait for another solution. @paypal is just another lazy non-customer centric company who protect criminals over their real customers. @Dan_Schulman
@AskPayPal dm sent. just an fyi, please have someone here at HQ (preferably a manager or escalation expert) take a look. the outsourced call centers don't have a clue or don't have the capacity to take action which is part of the problem.
@PayPal@Barclays and @Mastercard does absolutely NOTHING to help protect their customers! Despite being told a transaction will be protected, I’m now out $1,029.30 and NO ONE will take ownership nor help me. Turning to social media for help!!
@HawaiianAir I will absolutely file a complaint there along with filing with @Barclays and @PayPal AGAIN!! So frustrating that I had to receive a letter on a Saturday and have NO ONE available to discuss this matter further until Monday. Worst customer experience ever.

@HawaiianAir This matter is regarding your #WorldElite#MasterCard with @Barclays. I have written letters, affidavids and countless phone calls to try and rectify this. There are more hoops to jump than help! Where does #customerfirst come in???
