Last night’s book launch was a reminder that success isn’t always measured by numbers.

People travelled hours to attend; some I hadn’t seen in 7 years. They listened intently, asked thoughtful questions, and something shifted in the room. @Toriaclaire

I keep posting children's poetry to let their voices sing: to remind myself and maybe others of what can be done; that creativity matters. It keeps me cheerful - all from our work on teaching live: 'the pollen is sweet/ as a guilty child's smile'.
