I guess I will never get to talk anyone @Delta they just give you the run around and tell you to call other numbers and wait on hole for over 2 hours ! Wow y’all really need to do better

@Delta to have experienced horrible service like that by a gate agent and then to now be able to find someone to talk to and get the run around is crazy !!

@Delta the customer service I received from one of your gate agents was extremely horrible and rude. Then I go to talk to a supervisor for the supervisor to brush it off . Didn’t take notes just to say call a number ? Are you serious this is how we treat customers now #delta wow

@Delta I can’t believe you have gate agents that will completely ignore guest questions about baggage policy. Also that’s same gate agent to try to belittle someone and treat them like a child and try to throw them off a flight for a policy question. Wow !!
