Placed order on Amazon India for a 55 inch lg tv. Delivery done 5 days back but no support provided for installation. following up with both Amazon and lg but no response yet. This is not the customer backwards support I expected.

Lg on the other hand is very robotic. When I call their customer service, they say response will be provided within 2 hours and technician will be sent within 25 hours. both the things never happen.

Every day @amazonIN emails with a technician details. When I call the technician he tells that he is not available for installation. Then amazon silently reschedules without any intimation to me.
