@cripgl0ss@jacobandrs0n By that logic because your taxes helped pay to build roads, anyone in vehicle that didn't pay taxes (children, tourists, newcomers since the road was built, etc.) would be stealing.
@gregbradyx@PrabSarkaria The Province (and most politicians of all kinds) constantly say lots of things it either didn't mean, changed it's mind or outright lied. They might be technically correct when they say "not paving over" but that doesn't mean there are no plans.
@zuess05 43 years coding and I have never had to invert a binary tree. That's a computer science problem for people writing databases (or whatever), not daily business processes. Sure, understanding what a binary tree is is helpful.
