DENIED The Supreme Court has released its order list, and the petition for a writ of certiorari in United Airlines, Inc. v. Kincannon (Docket No. 26-183) has been denied. The class-action lawsuit brought by employees challenging United Airlines' COVID-19 vaccine exemption policies will proceed in the lower courts.
