Una jueza de Florida la firmó sin derecho a fianza por conspiración para cometer asesinato en primer grado, relacionada con el derribo de las avionetas de Hermanos al Rescate en 1996.

El fiscal general James Uthmeier presentará hoy los detalles en la FIU… la orden permite solicitar su traslado a Florida si es localizado fuera del estado.

Se suma a la acusación federal de mayo... Raúl Castro enfrenta ahora dos procesos judiciales en EE. UU. por el ataque que costó la vida a cuatro pilotos.

🔴#IMPORTANTE - ⚖️ Un juez de Miami firmó una orden de arresto contra Raúl Castro por su participación en una conspiración para cometer asesinato en primer grado, relacionada con el derribo de dos avionetas civiles de Hermanos al Rescate en 1996. La orden fue aprobada tras una investigación del Departamento de Aplicación de la Ley de Florida y determina que existen motivos suficientes para continuar el proceso penal estatal.

🚨 El caso se remonta al 24 de febrero de 1996, cuando fuerzas cubanas derribaron dos aeronaves de la organización, causando la muerte de tres ciudadanos estadounidenses y un residente permanente legal. Según la declaración jurada, agentes cubanos infiltrados en Florida recopilaron información sobre los vuelos y transmitieron datos a las autoridades de la isla. Estados Unidos y una investigación de Naciones Unidas concluyeron que el ataque ocurrió en aguas internacionales, aunque el régimen cubano sostuvo que las avionetas sobrevolaban sus aguas territoriales.

🇺🇸 Esta es la segunda orden de arresto contra Castro por el caso: en mayo de 2026, el Departamento de Justicia federal ya había presentado cargos por asesinato y conspiración para matar. La investigación estatal, anunciada en marzo por el fiscal general de Florida, James Uthmeier, busca establecer la responsabilidad de Castro, quien dirigía las Fuerzas Armadas cubanas cuando ocurrió el ataque. Uthmeier tiene previsto ofrecer una conferencia de prensa en Miami para anunciar oficialmente la nueva orden.

President Trump’s decision to waive sanctions against Russia as Putin continues his brutal war of aggression against Ukraine dishonors the legacy of the late Senator Lindsey Graham and is decidedly not in the national interests of the United States and should be reversed.

Putin is a war criminal and only understands strength. Waiving Graham Act sanctions on Russia signals weakness at a moment that demands American strength. Now is the time to stand strong against Russian aggression, just as we did during the years of the first Trump Administration.

A victory in Ukraine would be a victory for freedom and is squarely in the national interests of the United States. If Putin overruns Ukraine, I have no doubt it will only be a matter of time until Russia’s military crosses a border that our troops will have to deal with him.

For the cause of freedom, for America’s national security and that of our allies including Ukraine, President Trump should Restore sanctions under the Graham Act immediately, Rescind the diesel deal with Russia and Rally our Allies to ensure Ukraine has the military support it needs to repel and defeat this Russian invasion once and for all. 💥 St. Petersburg hit by one of the largest drone attacks since the war began

Smoke hangs over Putin’s hometown as oil facilities, warehouses, and a data center come under attack. Governor Beglov reports one person killed, five injured, and 12 apartment buildings damaged.

Fires broke out at the St. Petersburg Oil Terminal, the Ruchyi oil depot, and industrial warehouses in the Kolpino district. Ozon confirmed a strike on its warehouse.

A VKontakte data center was also reportedly targeted. Users are reporting outages, although the company insists its services remain unaffected.
