Day 1 – Afternoon Trial Update:
After lunch, prosecutors called Eli Regalado of #INDXcoin to the stand.
What followed was total collapse.
Under oath, Eli admitted to:
• Using investor funds to buy a Range Rover
• Paying a $256,000 contractor
• Covering child support and family expenses
• Selling #Sumcoin before launching INDXcoin
• Calling Sumcoin “overvalued”
• Working with two former Sumcoin contributors
• Falsifying their names as “Oscar” and “Jose” on the INDX website
• Maliciously Hard-forking the Sumcoin network
Stealing proprietary code of Sumcoin
Let’s be clear:
This was not the doing of the official Sumcoin developers.
Eli was never the creator of Sumcoin. He was exposed as a fraud years ago and cut off by the real team.
After being rejected, he retaliated:
— breached server access,
— manipulated two outside devs to follow him,
— and launched a malicious imitation of Sumcoin’s codebase to build INDXcoin.
Today in court, Eli confirmed it all.
He admitted that the 2022 Sumcoin disruption was HIS doing — not the fault of the Sumcoin project or its devs.
So to those in the Sumcoin community who lost coins or saw disruption:
You now have courtroom proof that Eli Regalado caused it.
Sumcoin remains alive, secure, and functioning independently.
This wasn’t failure — this was sabotage.
Prosecutors also replayed the now-infamous video:
“Yes, I took $1M+. The Lord told me to remodel my house. ”
This time, you could see Eli starting to realize how bad this was.
The damage kept coming.
Eli confirmed under oath that he misled investors, misused funds, and lied about developers, stole intellectual property; just on and on.
Kaitlynn and Nathaniel? Still acting like it’s a game.
Their cross-examination of Eli was chaotic. The judge stepped in repeatedly.
Sumcoin was named in court.
Not as a scam — but as a project misused by a fraudster who failed to hijack it.
And here’s the kicker…
Just before court resumed, Eli appeared to be scrolling his phone.
He showed Kaitlynn a post from X.
They smirked. They looked at each other.
They’re watching.
We see you too.
Day 2 begins tomorrow.
Stay tuned.
Day 1 – Midday Update from the #INDXcoin Trial Denver, CO.
Eli Regalado & Kaitlynn Regalado, along with third defendant Nathaniel Enos, are representing themselves with no lawyers.
They’ve been giggling, leading witnesses, breaking courtroom rules, and had to be repeatedly corrected by the judge — who is clearly giving them enough rope.
Eli objected for 10 minutes straight trying to block the infamous video where he says:
“Yes, I took $1M+. The Lord told me to do a home remodel”
It was admitted anyway. Played on a huge screen — the room fell silent.
Kaitlynn tried to submit surprise evidence by email last night, without proper notice — and Judge denied it.
Eli tried to call four witnesses without disclosing them. Denied.
No jury. The judge alone will decide — making this a clean setup for criminal charges.
Victims are watching in person. So are journalists. Investigators have laid out detailed financials, bank deposits, and traced funds.
Enos, the third defendant, told the court he’s “prayed for hours” with Eli.
Earlier, Kaitlynn told the judge, “We’re just doing the best we can.”
The demeanor? Bizarre. Laughing, joking, chit-chatting with courtroom staff — as if they’re not about to be arrested.
The state is methodically building an airtight record. This civil trial is just the opening act.
Criminal prosecution is coming.
Kaitlynn interrupted the court to ask when lunch was because she is “breast feeding”.
Very sad feeling for that child.
Stay tuned.
#Sumcoin is a decentralized, peer-to-peer currency indexed to the top 100 coins by market cap—no false promises, no middlemen, and no manipulation.
Years ago, Eli Regalado, a self-proclaimed pastor from Colorado, attempted to involve himself with Sumcoin. After being denied, he went rogue—copying the concept, launching #INDXcoin, and wrapping it in spiritual manipulation. He falsely claimed “God” promised a 10-for-1 return and called Sumcoin a scam—both statements were and remain false.
Colorado authorities have since declared INDXcoin an unregistered security, and Regalado’s civil trial begins tomorrow May 5, 2025. Well over $3.2 million was raised from churchgoers; at least $1.3 million funded personal luxuries.
At the conclusion of the civil trial, Arrest and felony charges are expected.
As the Bible warns: “For the love of money is the root of all evil” (1 Timothy 6:10).
Truth and accountability are coming Eli.

In May 2021, Elon Musk @elonmusk expressed a commitment to considering cryptocurrencies for #Tesla payments that are significantly more energy-efficient than #Bitcoin. Specifically, he mentioned looking for alternatives that use less than 1% of #Bitcoin’s energy per transaction. @Sumtoshi (Ty Jacobsen) made this possible for #Sumcoin which is 99.994% more efficient and stable for over 1.5 years now.
@Tesla should explore #SUM as payment and commit to the promise as Sumcoin has.
This statement came as part of a broader conversation about the environmental impact of the cryptocurrencies used in business operations, particularly focusing on the energy used in transaction processing and mining.
Basically, there’s a group of guys called longshoremen, who unload all the stuff that comes into the country by boats (which is pretty much everything you buy, right?). The longshoremen all make more money than doctors, because their union has a legal stranglehold over the ports and their mob-connected boss is willing to cripple the American economy to get them even more money. So when you hear longshoreman, think “boat unloading guy making shitloads of money.” The union is paranoid about automation destroying their jobs, though, since robots can unload containers 5x faster and for 1/100th the cost, and also without threatening to wreck the economy and make inflation worse one month before an election and six weeks before the holiday season. Still with me? Good. Now pour me another glass of champagne and let’s talk about something called the Taft-Hartley Act.
#DigiByte - The Digicoinlib for mobile wallet has been updated to allow for the app to go to iOS and Android. This is GOOD for #DGB

TestFlight for #DigiByte Wallet on iOS v0.0.3 just released.
Totality Wallet continues to support $DGB #DGB and next month marks 2 years we have supported it!

@SumcoinIndex@coinbase@gate_io Gate is more likely to list first than Coinbase is. Coinbase should though. Gate has a better liquidity opportunity for the DGB project though. Price action could really see a new ATH. Above 20 cents. More than 10x #Digibyte
Let’s see who’s paying better attention to #Digibyte as a future listing.
@coinbase or @gate_io
Which do you think will list $DGB first?
Comment what you think either would cause with price discovery.
Here’s the deal. They said for years to own just 1 #Bitcoin $BTC
That means you should have 1,000 #Digibyte $DGB
IT HAS A CAPPED SUPPLY of 21 Billion.
For $17 USD, you can get 1,000 $DGB
It’s looking like others have the similar thinking…. and more.
