Had a family function at The Central Cuisine Suva paid them in full only to have our food served 2hrs later. Then the staff had the audacity to come up and say “so we won’t give back your bond because it’s 10 and people (guests) are still here”.

She then agreed to give me back my bond if the venue is cleared in 10mins (time check 10:15pm). Told her no my guests will leave at 11. Long story short I got back the bond and everybody left at 11.

Moral of the story: never booking them again 😂

I told her no, I am getting the bond back. The only reason my guests are still here is because you served us food at 8 we’ve been here since 6pm. Her reason was they only had one chef working and had to cater us and 2 other functions at the venue, that’s why our food came late.
