Why was Las Vegas Aces A’ja Wilson not ejected for entering the stands in Game 2 vs Fever?

According to Rule 12A, Section V:
Any player, coach, or trainer who deliberately enters the spectator stands during a game will be automatically ejected. [1] The rulebook breaks down the exact protocol and boundaries for this infraction as follows:

Automatic Ejection and Review: The offender is disqualified immediately from the game, and the officiating crew must report the incident via email directly to the WNBA Commissioner for further review. This review frequently triggers subsequent league discipline, including heavy financial finesand potential multi-game suspensions based on the severity of the confrontation.
Defining the Stands: The rule book explicitly states that the first row of seats is considered the beginning of the spectator stands.
