1. Heavy vote drops from a very specific location (skid row & surrounding areas).

2. A woman was literally caught paying the people in those areas to register to vote.

You think she was registering these people to vote for a Republican?

That said, statistically improbable vote dumps days after the election that skew so heavily in favor of 1 candidate (especially at the expense of the clear front runner) are gonna raise a lot of eyebrows.

He's saying that most crimes (other than murders) like property crime, assaults, rapes, burglary, etc. are way up. But because these aren't addressed by law enforcement even if reported, most choose not to report it.
