All week, we have been conducting research and debating their bills in Committees in the House of Representatives. Today, the bills that survived committee were debated on the floor. We passed one bill, which will be sent to the Senate on Monday!

Argument writing: After researching the pros and cons of chocolate milk, students worked together to write their evidence on index cards, group them into categories, then label them with reasons. Now we have carefully developed claims, reasons, and evidence for both sides!
