Alignment is the main thing. You want the bore of the gun sitting as close to dead center in the suppressor as you can get it. To do that, keep the mount tight against the rail and flush to the barrel. Then add a ledge that catches the bottom of the trigger guard so the mount can't rotate downward.
For the BoomBox, you're just modifying an existing mount to fit whatever frame or gun you're running. The official release has a blank STEP file in it, and that's the easier place to start for anything with a standard Picatinny rail. The BoomBox documentation walks you through all of this.

@lemonsquirt3d The boombox had the same rapid disassembly of the first versions. Which led to the name of boombox.

So @ToxicZombieG was a real one and offered to help me out. He adapted the boom box to the EBT project, and provided some good advice. We're still going to call it the ballot box. Just waiting on some f1s to get approved to test it out.

It's basically a clone of the Maxim design but it's diy. I still need to make a buffer tube mount. I also tried reinforcement in the bars it helped some but not enough. Yours looks like you could get the bars made at send cut send not sure what their max thickness is but I'm sure it would be an easy change.

If you have a toaster oven you could use it. If not I think it would be better to get a toaster oven and do a PID controller mod to it than get another dryer if you already have one. You could even use that for annealing. You could probably get away without modding it if you want something quick
