A day to remember as the year 10 boys came out on top with a 3-2 win in the final of the @WelshSchoolsFA🏆. What an achievement👏🏻 We’re so incredibly proud boys!

@evans_marke Exactly I saw my dad suffer many injuries I had mine my son now does the same. He broke his arm first year of contact but still plays fully aware out of choice. It's why we do it. I always said it I played because it was so totally different to normal life!
@Jbeardmore My 12 year old son loves playing but just isn't interested in watching the matches. Whether it's right or wrong he just wants to see huge tackles at the moment. He's happy to watch rugby league though.
We're having a bake sale in aid of @ShelterCymru tomorrow, Wednesday 21st of September at Mooneerams offices between 11am & 2pm.
We've got some serious cake makers, so why not pop along, eat some fantastic cake and raise funds for a great cause at the same time? #sheltercymru
@Jbeardmore And for the kids games. There are so many times when my sons teams wouldn't have got a game but the fixture was saved because they could play on artificial.
Carl set himself the epic challenge of running every day in 2021 to raise funds for the #FightForHome. His colleague Alistair promised to donate £1000 if he succeeded…
1400 miles later, we’d like to thank Carl and Alistair @Mooneerams for their incredible support of our work 👏
We are delighted to have been named as finalists in two categories of the Wales Legal Awards 2022
Personal Injury Team of the Year
Niche Law firm of the Year
Congratulations to our fellow finalists. We look forward to seeing you all at the awards ceremony

@tomwood678@KBjornOleary At that age you want to make sure they are thinking about technique. Not just for the player being tackled, often it's the player tackling who gets hurt. They need to learn how to deal with it and I think a good big hit like that is often safer provided no one panics.
@tomwood678@KBjornOleary Because they are only 11 the rules say it has to be low. So technically has to be But they are pretty sensible and generally just make sure its not dangerous as it's really hard when they are all different sizes.
@tomwood678@KBjornOleary The referee dealt with it really well made sure they were OK and gave a penalty and the coach and ref explained to them how to make sure it stayed safe. I couldn't have any complaints and my son was more embarrassed really. Its tackles with shoulders and forearm that worry me.
@tomwood678@KBjornOleary My son got hit like this recently and landed badly, but not because of the tackle but because he panicked and turned and tried to get to ground. It was not nice to see, but he was fine and next time hell no what do. A good hit but bigger than he was used to. Its a hard balance.
