I know it was yesterday It's mental awareness month for men . You're never alone. Truly, most of what people say about that is true in its own way. People can be selfish—they hurt others and often get misunderstood. You may never know what someone is going through on a daily basis. Some of them want the same things we all want: peace, love, and a loving family. But not everyone gets that luxury. Sometimes they turn to hurting others and being selfish in their own self-righteousness, thinking it’s justified. Eventually the abyss eats them alive. They end it because they think life isn’t worth living anymore, or they just slowly rot away in today’s world. I’m not asking you to understand everyone. I’m telling you that you need to get up and make yourself feel better. Change your hobby, talk to your family, talk to your friends, go outside, and try something new for once. I’ve been hitting the range myself and doing different activities—things people should do. I won’t go any further than that. To the people posting about Mental Awareness Month and saying “You’re not alone, there are friends there for you”—ironic, isn’t it? So if you still hold grudges against other people, I suggest you delete that tweet. You’re not being true to yourself, and you have no right to share that opinion if you’re still holding onto grudges. People make mistakes. We’re human. We’re imperfect. We all mess up sometimes. That doesn’t give anyone the right to use someone’s mental health struggles against them or treat them poorly because of past mistakes. I know several people in my life who do exactly that. They’re out here preaching Mental Awareness Month, but they’re liars—they never truly cared. They’re just saying it so people will agree with them. They’re the selfish ones. Remember this: if you truly mean it, be there for people no matter what—no matter how much they might hate you right now. I may not always be around, but I’m always caring. I don’t care how many people you hate. If you have no heart and soul for the people who need it the most, you have no right to post those tweets.
