🇩🇪🇳🇱 Rheinmetall and Nooteboom Trailers have introduced a new 8-axle Heavy Equipment Transporter (HET) trailer at Eurosatory 2026. @RheinmetallAG

The trailer is an 8-axle Manoovr MPL semi low loader with pendulum axles and fully configured for military use, designated MPL-121-08(D).

The new MPL-121-08(D) has been specifically designed to transport heavy tracked and wheeled vehicles safely and efficiently under the most demanding conditions. The trailer has a technical maximum gross weight of 121,000 kg and a payload capacity of 92,000 kg. Key considerations include off-road mobility, compatibility with military tractors, safe load securing, and optimal usability within military logistics chains.

The HET trailer has excellent off-road capability with 600 mm suspension travel and a hydraulically adjustable gooseneck. In addition, the trailer is equipped with adjustable guides for tracked vehicles, and adjustable and removable wheel chocks for wheeled vehicles, for quick and precise positioning. The trailer is also equipped with an advanced steering system which enables manual steering of the axles via a wireless remote control, even independently of the tractor.
