@TeamYouTube A false-positive automated spam flag on a benign nonfunctional hackathon demo upload has locked me out of my paid YouTube TV account. Phone support was unable to assist and referred to a bot. Case ID: 05354797. Please route this case to a human specialist for review
@market_sleuth I have daughters too and would do the same. Given the redactions and the number of documents that haven’t been released we have to consider that you sent your letter to a person who may be one of the abusers of those children. https://t.co/OKjJ21K564
@SBA_Matthias Sleep in shifts. You and mom agree to sleep while the other parent is awake and taking care of the baby. Avoid the tendency to be up with each other especially in the beginning. Makes all the difference to stave off long term sleep deprivation for both of you. Good luck!
@alt_w_v_g You’re a patriot and I admire your position on this. Your 4 year old will inherit a better country because you stand up for democratic processes on Election Day and you put in the work to make the country stronger on all the days in between elections. Thank you. Well done.
@HonorTru25500@LongTimeHistory I’m a lawyer. It’s clear you’re not. That’s fine but when you make legal points it falls flat. The Supreme Court hasn’t ruled on the merits in these federal vs states rights cases yet. They have granted temporary holds but haven’t ruled yet. We’ll see how they rule later.
@HonorTru25500@LongTimeHistory A federal agency seeking to impose its policy against the objections of a state government does not get sorted out with a cut and paste from the supremacy clause. The balance between current administration assertions of power against states who resist will be sorted out in court
@HonorTru25500@LongTimeHistory Yup. Agree. Legal analysis requires more than cut and paste from the text. The core conflict here is between the supremacy clause and reserved powers of the states. Courts have grappled with this balance in varying ways over two centuries.
@HonorTru25500@LongTimeHistory Maybe Google “states rights”. Then Google states rights and supremacy clause at the same time. States rights when it helps your argument. Supremacy clause when that helps. You’re out of your depth.
@HonorTru25500@LongTimeHistory Haha. You need to do better legal analysis than googling supremacy clause. Or was that from ChatGPT? You’re not even close. Say whatever you want but when you offer up 2 cent legal wisdom it’s clear you have no idea what you’re talking about.
@RepBrianFitz Thank you for standing strong on what America has always been and can still be. Your leadership on this inspires a lot of real Americans.
