Genesis is one of those shows I’ll always fight for, but the episode I watched today was a bit disappointing.

There’s a scene where Pharas threatens Bonko, and I really didn’t like it ,it felt out of place and unnecessary. Then there’s an entire scene of Mpumi wandering around the garden celebrating her song, which went on way too long.

It’s one of those shows that’s generally good but occasionally has frustrating episodes. I really need the writers to wrap up the feud between Felicia and Gabriel ,it’s becoming far too repetitive. Bonko’s storylines also feel a bit all over the place sometimes, and I hope they don’t drag out the Ishmael and Nobuhle love story. Personally, I don’t enjoy their scenes because there’s just no chemistry 😬

I genuinely want this show to succeed, but there are a few things that need fixing here and there. It’s a brilliant show ,just with a few rough patches.
