Under FISA 702, the government collects massive amounts of data on Americans while “targeting” foreigners overseas.
They then unconstitutionally search that data without a warrant for info on Americans.
The “libertarian demand” he’s whining about is called the Fourth Amendment.
@RyanHatesLitter I grew up on 70’s basketball. Pistol, Rick Barry, Dr. J. I watched the 80’s with the Bad Boys, MJ, the Knicks and Pacers slugging things out. Every era is different. In so many ways, each team cannot be compared to another.
We, the Louisiana citizens, are paying them $2.6 billion. Just like we’re paying for carbon capture and data centers. We. Are. Paying them! And you better believe that ain’t the only cost to us.
Oh… and they’re deciding how much of our money to pay them- in secret.
