Big news: Freddie is partnering with the Toronto People With AIDS Foundation (@TPWA)!
Together, we’re launching a first-of-its-kind model for HIV care in Canada by combining trusted community support with seamless in-person and virtual services.
This is what community-driven care looks like! Freddie and PWA are expanding access to HIV care in Toronto and beyond, making care more connected, inclusive, and sustainable.
The future of HIV care is here, and it starts with partnership. Everyone deserves access to care that meets them where they are!
Please note that our offices will be closed on June 30th for renovations and on Tuesday, July 1st in observance of Canada Day.
Wishing everyone a safe and joyful holiday as we celebrate the true spirit of the True North! 🇨🇦
