What is happening now is Tfue is putting pressure on them through social media and his forums in order to get faze to come to the table pre-trial so Tfue can buy out of his contract. He just wants to pay way less to do that. Hence the martyrdom

But clearly Tfue doesn’t want to be under contract no matter what. That is why his lawyer kept the minor drinking and illegal gambling. Take those things out and It is unlikely that Tfue can argue that the contract is unconscionable. Emphasizing “legally”, faze will win the suit
