You don’t take your plates into the kitchen and wash them in a normal restaurant, so why would you clear the table in a fast food restaurant? You get charged extra to eat in, if you take away then the rubbish is your problem, if you eat in its the restaurant’s problem. If the staff don’t want to clear the tables, which is the real problem here, then they should go and work somewhere that the job isn’t too demanding for them. Though this is a very low bar, so not sure what job they would be capable of completing properly…
The Labour Party always has - this is not new! Immigrants are more likely to vote Labour anyway and they only need a push in the way of free hand outs and they are guaranteed Labour voters for life - Simple! Disgraceful, disingenuous and wrong, but simple; rather like their politicians!
I was suspicious of Burnham, but didn’t want to judge immediately. Now he is beginning to show his true stupidity and lack of respect for the electorate. And why would he increase foreign aid - because… surprise surprise it is Ed Milliband’s department. Once again, just like Starmer, no one can so no to Milliband. Even though he failed to win an election and by playing politics in 2014 condemned 100s of thousands of Syrians to death and millions more to destitution and helped create a fertile environment for ISIS to take control of huge swathes of the Levant. All long before he gave us the most expensive energy in the world to ensure businesses can’t grow and no one wants to build a data centre here. They are all ideological cretins in the Labour Party and zealots with it…🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️
Burnham is only interested in domestic issues, because that is where the votes are. Wes Streeting is only there because he opened the door for Burnham, if he had been considered competent he would have been sent back to Health. Instead Yvette “clean up the mess” Cooper was sent to health. Healey has been sent to the treasury to shut him up about Defence spending and another thanks for getting me into No 10, you can have No 11, because Reeves is too toxic.
@jomickane Remove the former soldier with many years service as an MP - Dan Jarvis and replace him with a disingenuous, backstabbing, power hungry loser, who couldn’t even get 81 of his own MPs to back him for a leadership run. Utter disaster… 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️
@BorisJohnson Absolutely right, Miliband has no shame. This is the third lame duck - no credibility Labour Foreign Secretary in a row… 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️
@GBNEWS No it won’t. Nor will it be for you - you are a pair of self-serving, disingenuous, misguided fools who have sold the country and the electorate down the river. You both belong in prison!
@BBCNews Quite possibly the best supporting actor to never win an Oscar. I often watch movies for the umpteenth time, just because he is in it! Hopefully they will put a series of reruns on, for this man who was a defacto Knight but turned it down.
Good for him, he was treated appalling in an unacceptable and unsuccessful attempt by Starmer and his cronies to shift the blame for the Mandelson fiasco on to anybody else. When it was crystal clear to all that Starmer and No 10 staff were wholly to blame - but are unable to take responsibility or apologise for anything. Go for it fella 👍👍
Seeing less of Kier Starmer. But other than that nothing - we are going to be subject to another cascade of Labour headline grabbing initiatives that as usual will be all gift wrapping with bows, but no valuable substance. They will just cost a lot of money, which will be wasted and further worsen the economic crisis this Labour government has driven the country into!
I agree with you Piers; I often don’t by the way. He resigned because he is not a leader, he can’t control either his cabinet nor his backbenchers. He is human rights lawyer, so he is great at whinging whilst having no responsibility for the consequences. But once he had to carry the burden of the consequences of all the lies he told the country to get elected, he wasn’t able to take tough decisions or get his MPs to do as they are told. He even admits that he can’t tell Ed Miliband what to do regarding the most expensive electricity in the world. He isn’t a Prime Minister he is a minister manager. And one more think Kier, you didn’t inherit anything, you are not the King, it’s not a birth right! You were entrusted with the responsibility of PM at the behest of the people and at the request of the King - and you failed to live up to expectations. No go and stop boring us!
