Here’s my honest assessment on Caitlin Clark and the hate she’s getting in the WNBA:

She’s got the talent, the accolades, and the attention. She’s also a white woman in a league with a bunch of social justice “warriors” who consider themselves to be activists of sorts.

It pisses off the overwhelming majority of the women in this league that Caitlin is getting the attention and money they feel they should be getting, so they’re doing everything they can to attack her and break her down. It’s jealousy, bitterness, and hatred on a whole new level. On top of that, no one is really correcting this horrible behavior, so it’s getting worse.

Only reason I’m bringing up race is because if Angel Reese had the same talent, money, and attention, they’d leave her alone. Can’t convince me otherwise.

It’s why no one takes the WNBA seriously. They’re going to continue to plummet until someone starts forcing these crybabies to act like adults.

🚨$180 MILLION IN TAXPAYER DOLLARS GONE AND OKLAHOMANS DESERVE ANSWERS🚨

In 2019, Attorney General Mike Hunter entered into a historically large settlement with Purdue Pharmaceuticals over opioid addiction. The settlement was structured and publicly justified around an Oklahoma-centered addiction research and treatment effort housed at OSU. This entity was called the National Center for Addiction Studies and Treatment (NCAST), chaired by the OSU president and with board appointments by the Governor, the Speaker of the House, and the President Pro Tempore.

In a strange turn of events last year, OSU President Jim Hess and appointees by elected leaders were removed from the board. OSU was sent a $20 million check and was instructed that it was in their best interest to leave the rest behind.

The Foundation, comprised of former Purdue employees, retained the remaining $180 million of settlement funds without any oversight by the State of Oklahoma.

Who brokered this sweetheart deal to remove these funds from State oversight? 

Attorney General Gentner Drummond.

Oklahomans were told that the Purdue settlement would serve the State’s fight against the opioid crisis through an OSU-connected institution. Instead, six years later, those funds were redirected to third-party control facilitated by the State’s chief legal officer and unaccountable to any public institution or elected body.

Why did he engage in a backroom deal with ex-pharma employees that removed public oversight from these funds?

Oklahomans deserve answers.

The Republican establishment has grown so fucking arrogant they no longer even pretend to hide their contempt for the people who elected them.

They smile for the cameras, take the votes, cash the checks, and then turn around and treat the base like peasants at the gate…unwelcome, inconvenient, and easily dismissed by whatever minor functionary they’ve empowered to do their dirty work.

A Thune crony…or at least a creature of that entire insulated ecosystem…looked one of this movement’s most relentless, effective organizers in the eye and snarled the quiet part out loud for the world to hear:

Let it burn straight through whatever polite fiction you were still clinging to.
This is not a staffer having a bad day.

This is not an isolated lapse in “optics.”

This is the unfiltered id of a political class that has spent years insulating itself from the very voters who dragged it out of irrelevance and handed it power.

The same class that turns the Senate into a procedural graveyard for anything the base actually demands.

The same class that lets consultants and lobbyists and lifetime functionaries treat the people who win their elections like problems to be managed rather than partners to be respected.

The contempt is not accidental.

It is structural.

It is the psychological defense mechanism of elites who sense…correctly…that the base is no longer content to be placated with rhetoric while the actual agenda of sovereignty, borders, and accountability dies in committee.

What you are about to read is not another polite autopsy of RINO behavior.

It is a forensic examination of that contempt in its natural habitat…its origins in elite capture, its transmission downward through staff and donors and event gatekeepers, its inevitable collision with a base that has finally stopped asking permission to be angry.

It names the pathology without euphemism. It traces the fracture in the social contract between Republican officeholders and the people who actually deliver their victories.

And it leaves the reader with the only question that still matters: when the door is slammed in your face by the very people you put in power, what the fuck are you prepared to do about it?

If you are still telling yourself that “our guys” are different, that the Senate is a fortress for the base rather than against it, that basic respect is too much to expect from the machine you keep feeding with your labor and your loyalty…this piece will finish the job of disabusing you.

If you already feel the rage in your bones, it will give you the precise language to weaponize it.

The mask is off.

The contempt is on record.

The only remaining variable is whether we keep accepting the role of peasants at the gate…or whether we burn the fucking gate down.
