Lausd is all ages so how you mandated a portion of kids. Nobody is going to sign waivers for no vaccinations I need to be able to sue if something happens in the long run. Bet you won’t remove them sign waivers. FYI FDA only approved 16 and up. #lausd

CVS consent form. I am just confused why we need consent for a vaccination so it states that I am aware of risk and I take full responsibility for any reactions. That’s why I read every fine print. If they know it’s to much of a risk to be responsible for 🤦🏽‍♀️
