2023 @ATrackNationals Freshman Elite 400m National Champion 🥇and new Meet Record Holder with a time of 49.31. Earned All American also in 200m ,broke the meet record time with 22.17 finished 🥉3rd overall.

4 athletes compete this weekend @ATrackNationals . 2 Middle Sch. & 2 HS athletes left with 2 national champs, 1 meet record , 1 Natty runner up, 2-3rd Place finishes and 1-5th pl. We wasn’t leaving without something!

MICS Middle School 8th grader Javon Boyd currently sits at #1 for NC Middle school boys with a time of 11.24 . Earned 1st Pl in 100m at the same NC Runners Middle School Elite meet.

Misa Samuel, NC #2 middle school 100h competed earlier this month at @NCRunners Middle School Elite with a PR and SB 15.20. Can’t wait to see her do her thing this Summer! Just her 1st year hurdling .

Had a great weekend at the NCSHAA 4A Regional Championships , finished ranked..

1st -400m 48.69 (PR)
2nd- 4X2 Relay 1:27.94(PR)
7th- 4x4 Relay 3:29.23 (PR)
