Nate Welch was selected as our 2025 Boys Track & Field MVP. Nate is a State Qualifier in the 4x2 and was ranked I. The top 8 in the Sectional all year for the 100m and 200m. He also anchored our 4x1. 4 events every meet and always dependable!! A fantastic young man! Well deserved

Great team finish tonight at the Grayslake 3A Sectional meet. The Blue Devils finished 3rd as a team qualifying 7 athletes to State!

Congratulations to these 7 Blue Devils for qualifying for the IHSA 3A State Track Meet!! Led by 1600m Champion Jake Rasmussen followed by 2nd place finishes by 110 Hurdler Jackson Wiklund, High Jumper Eli Hagstrom and 4x2 Nate Welch, Jayden Johnson, Weston Locke and Mekhi Cabell.

A big shoutout to this young Blue Devil. He started the night running on the 2nd place 4x1 (PR 42.9), the got 7th in the 100m and finishes with a huge PR in the Triple Jump 44’5.5” (was 42’10). Big things ahead!
