@virginmedia No fault in area but showing mine goes off often. 17 hrs 15 hrs last 2 days and other days off/on throughout the day.
I’m 1 of 5 from your box but the only one on 1g

@virginmedia Since the day it was installed it’s been dropping out all day every day.
I’ve been given lots of excuses but even though splitting bands to 5g and back, software update at your end, 4 tech visits, replace hub, check box and reconnecting exterior wiring it still does not work.

@virginmedia Made lots of complaints just get lied to and cut off.
1 month in and still no help or resolution to fixing my BB service. Not work since day 1.
Now being told go on a forum ask ask random people off street if they know how to fix BB!!!!

@VMO2News @O2 Worse company ever.
Lie about tariff & about service, after a month my service still don’t work and I still can’t get access to my o2 account. O2 doesn’t work. Broadband doesn’t work and tv is poor quality when it does load. Had 3 promises of manager call back but never get any.
