Their response is we treat all of our customers the same oh well why do you charge so much for 1st class. Take a look at the competition they are doing it so much better. βοΈπ§ββοΈ

Shocking and rude behaviour again from @British_Airways. My employee lands at T2 as per attached pics with a connecting flights from T5 and yes it was very tight as you can see. It takes time to disembark a plane pass through boarder control and change terminals. Not sure how he did it but arrived in T5 at 7.30am and gate was closed very unlucky. When he went to the BA desk he was met but vile and rude behaviour telling him that it was his own fault he had missed the flight and that he should look somewhere else for a flight as BA will be expensive. He has gone ahead and purchased a later BA flight. An official complaint will be on its way in writing and the name of your staff member will be noted.
