Trump's sentencing has been set for July 11, just four days before the Republican National Convention.
In 2020, Trump did the unprecedented and gave his convention speech from the White House. Will he give his 2024 speech from jail?

BREAKING: Donald Trump suffers a crushing defeat as a New York appeals court rejects his desperate attempt to delay his hush money criminal trial while he argues against the standing gag order.
The details of this ruling are just too good...
Trump's shady attorneys absurdly tried to argue that the gag order — which bars Trump from attacking witnesses, court staff, prosecutors, as well as the judge's family — is actually a violation of Trump's right to free speech. They were hoping that the trial would be put on indefinite pause.
"The First Amendment harms arising from this gag order right now are irreparable," whined one of Trump's lawyers.
Prosecutors were unimpressed—
"This is not political debate. These are insults," said Steven Wu, the appellate chief for Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg.
Prosecutors further stated that Trump's attacks constitute a danger to "public interest in protecting the integrity of the trial."
Justice Cynthia Kern ultimately sided with prosecutors and denied Trump's request. It will now go before a five-judge panel for consideration — and likely rejection.

The letter says his score was so low that he was permanently disqualified from joining the Marines. I suppose it's standard practice when you score that low.
The little porker is a dumber-than-dirt recklessly violent MAGA idiot who whines and cries that he's a victim.
The minimum ASVAB score to join the Marines is 31. Most people can score 50 without even trying.
Wikipedia says that scoring below 10 means you are legally ineligible to enlist, so I guess that is what happened.

Kyle Rittenhouse's image crafter speaks out in regret of the divisive monster he helped create.
He implies that Kyle scored less than 10 on the ASVAB test for military recruits.
