The locker has no owner and no admin key. Nobody can pull a lock before its date, not even us. A lock can only be extended. If the token has a burn function, the supply goes down; if not, it goes to the dead address.

The problem: if 5 Strategies launch on the same collection at once, all 5 vaults try to buy the same cheap NFTs. They push the price up against each other, and everyone overpays.

Our fix: only 1 new Strategy per collection every 6 hours.

The first one gets the collection to itself. The next one can launch 6 hours later.

Less fighting, better prices, more NFTs for holders.
