I’ve blew through 5+ prop accounts in a single day many times

I’ve lost £60K of my own money from a single trade

I’ve lost $1 million worth of prop evaluations at the same second by copy trading in tilt

I’ve went from a $100K month to having no funding, no payouts, no savings and was stuck there for almost a year

I used to pour my entire monthly salary into prop evals, blow them within a week and repeat

I’ve spent 22 hours straight at my laptop overtrading and lost everything

My point being

If you’re new to my page and you see me posting payout certificates etc

And it looks like I’ve got it all figured out

I promise you it took a lot of pain, losses and lessons learned the hard way to get here (and I still have a long way to go)

Do not compare your year 1 to my year 8

And the same goes with any other traders you see online sharing payouts

You’re only seeing the highlights and the recent success

You aren’t seeing the mind numbing fustration and character development that went on behind the scenes to get them there

This journey is extremely difficult

Trading will chew you up and spit you out before it makes your life better

No one is born a perfect trader

This skillset requires an inner transformation which is extremely uncomfortable and mostly obtained through trial and error

And all of your favourite traders online have went through it in some form

So when you’re having a bad trading day remember that you aren’t alone

You’re just at a different stage of the same path as those you admire

Do not compare your year 1 to someone else’s year 8 🫶

I once met a woman at a trading meetup in Amsterdam who had been profitable for 4 straight years

$780,000 in total payouts across forex and futures

She worked a full-time job as a nurse for the first two of those years

Trading only the NY open

45 minutes a day

I asked her what her edge was

She pulled out her phone and showed me a notes app

In it was a single paragraph

Her entire trading plan

Entry criteria. One setup. Risk 0.75% per trade. Max one trade per session. Done by 9:45am EST

That was it

No Discord. No signals. No YouTube rabbit holes at 2am

I asked when she wrote it

'Three years ago. I haven't changed it since'

Her win rate across those three years was 61%

Average RR was 1.1

Nothing flashy

But she'd scaled to $1.8M in combined prop firm capital by reinvesting almost every payout back into new challenges

She told me the hardest part wasn't finding the edge

It was doing the same thing over and over when everyone around her kept telling her to 'level up' her strategy

Add confluence. Go for bigger targets. Try ICT. Try SMC. Try this, try that

She ignored all of it

'If it's not broken, why would I fix it?'

By the time she quit nursing, she was making more in a single month of payouts than she made in a year at the hospital

Not because she had a complicated system

Because she had an extremely simple one

And the discipline to never deviate from it

Most traders are still searching for the strategy that's going to change everything

She stopped searching three years ago

My complete prop trading story along with @Abhiishek45 – every month, every win, every brutal blowup, no shortcuts. This is exactly how it went down.

From 9-5 employee → quitting the job → heavy debt → account bans → repeated blowups → scaling into five-figure months.

2023 :
July 2023: I started trading futures while still working my full-time 9-5 job, learning the ropes every single evening after work.
November 2023: I saw real potential and consistency building, so I quit my stable job completely to chase trading full-time.
December 2023: Passed my first Topstep evaluation, make $1,800 in funded… then blew the entire account on the last day of making 200$. Completely fucked up. One of the hardest lessons ever.

2024:
Jan-February 2024: Discovered Apex Trader Funding. Started passing evaluations one after another, but still had zero payouts coming out at this stage.
May 2024: Went back to Topstep and finally took my first clean real payout of $800. Small win, but it felt massive after all the struggles.
July 2024: Got my second payout — $1,800 from Apex. Momentum was finally building.
Sep-Dec 2024: Another $2,000 payout from Apex. Even with these wins, I was still buried under $10,000 in debt from earlier mistakes. The pressure was real.

2025:
January 2025: Returned to Topstep and had my biggest run yet — took $10,000 in a non-consistency PA and then another $6,000 shortly after.
But right after that, Topstep banned my account accusing “credit card scam”. The ban lasted all the way until the end of February 2025. Absolutely devastating.
March 2025: Restarted fresh with Apex again. From March till July 2025 I grinded extremely hard and pulled out a total of $40,000 in payouts — my biggest breakthrough so far
July 2025: Added Tradeify to my setup and cashed out an additional $7,500 in total payouts.
Aug-Sep 2025: blowing up all my accounts again, learned a lot by mistakes, again loss 10,000$ in evals in this 2 months.
October 2025: I hit reset mode completely — reviewed every mistake, tightened my rules and mindset.
Started fresh with just 1 TPT account and began taking daily payouts consistently from that day forward. Took 5000$ payouts in only 1 accounts of TPT and 1500$ from tradeify and 2000$ from apex.
December 2025: Started Apex evaluations again and successfully took a $3,000 payout.
also took 3000$ from MFFU in 2025.

2026:
January 2026: Took $11,000 from Apex. Momentum returning strong.
February 2026: Pulled $13,000 from Apex + $4,000 from Lucid.
March 2026: Added $10,000 from Lucid + $3,000 from Tradeify.

Currently at average of 10k$-15k$ a month trading propfirms.
The journey has been brutal, but I never quit. Biggest lesson learned: Discipline, rule-following, and relentless resilience beat everything in this game.

Last year I had a student who hadn’t missed a single trading day for 14 months.

312 consecutive sessions.

No holidays. No breaks. No excuses.
He thought that made him disciplined.
It actually made him unprofitable.

When he came to me he had:

Passed 5 challenges (only got 2 payouts altogether). Blown 17 challenges. Spent over $22,000 in prop fees.

But he was proud of one thing:

“I show up every day.”
That was the problem.
He treated trading like the gym.

Like if you just clock in enough reps, you win.

But markets don’t reward attendance.

They reward selectivity.

Slow day? → He forced trades.

Choppy session? → He “made it work.”

Low volatility? → He sized up to compensate.

He averaged around 3 trades per day.

When he admitted his A+ setups only appeared 2-4 times per week.

He wasn’t trading his edge.

He was trading boredom.

And boredom is expensive.

When we pulled his data:

On high-quality days: Win rate = 61%

On forced days: Win rate = 38%

His worst losses didn’t come from bad setups.

They came from days he had no business trading.

He confused consistency with activity.
So we changed one rule:

You are allowed to not trade.
In fact, you’re required to.

New structure:

Max 3 A+ setups per week. If price action doesn’t make sense, don’t trade. Two red trades? Platform closed.

First month?

Trade count dropped 60%.

Profit went up.

Drawdown shrank.

Daily stress disappeared.

The irony?
He finally became consistent…
When he stopped trying to be consistent.

Professional traders don’t get paid for showing up.

They get paid for striking when it matters.

If you haven’t missed a day in months…

You’re probably not disciplined.

You’re addicted.
